Another trip down Wembley Way
The Final of the FA Cup
Let’s hope the red men lift the cup
The travelling support will be great
Family friends and lots of mates
Travelling to Wembley may be a pain
Especially as there are no trains
But the fans will get there it’s not that far
On foot by bike, plane coach or car
Dressed up in red with banners funny
A packed lunch and some beer money
In their thousands to support the team
The greatest fans the world has seen
The familiar sounds of Wembley the cry
Memories of the years gone by
And those who don’t travel can still join in
To help towards another Liverpool win
Parties in houses with TV loud
Of the Red men we must be proud
Let cheer them on in the best fashion
With positive shouts and lots of passion
Although this season has not been the best
The Liver bird will remain on our chest
We remain focused and support our team
We know where they’re going and we know where they’ve been
As we see our team appear on the Wembley turf
We’ll scream and shout for all its worth
We’ll cheer them on one and all
Every great touch and every good ball
The aim must be to win this match
The FA Cup the greatest catch
So let play hard and get stuck in
We need to see a Liverpool win
Another trophy for this great club
Another celebration in the pub
But if all this fails have no fear
The mighty Reds will be back next year
Through thick and thin we support our team
The greatest club the world has seen
